Warranty terms vary by product, component and manufacturer. The written warranty supplied with the equipment is the controlling document for coverage, exclusions and remedies.
Coverage and documentation
Qualifying defects in materials or workmanship may be repaired or replaced during the applicable period. Engines, pumps, controls, hoses, nozzles and accessories can each carry different terms.
Common exclusions
Normal wear, consumables, freezing, contaminated water, improper installation, neglected maintenance, misuse, unauthorized modification and operation outside rated limits are generally not covered.
Starting a claim
Contact us before returning any item. Provide the order number, serial number, purchase date, operating details, photographs and video if requested. An authorization and service destination must be issued before shipment.
