Returns & RMA
Review return eligibility, RMA requirements, packaging, freight responsibility and inspection procedures.
All returns require written authorization. Professional equipment can be configured, installed or shipped by freight, so eligibility must be confirmed before anything is sent back.
Return requirements
Eligible items must be unused, complete and in resalable condition with original packaging, documentation and accessories. Special-order, custom-configured, installed, used and clearance items may not be returnable.
RMA steps
- Contact support with the order number and reason.
- Wait for written authorization and return address.
- Package the item securely and insure it appropriately.
- Use a trackable carrier.
- Include the authorization information in the shipment.
Shipping charges and restocking fees may apply. Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection.
